FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Announcement by leading sports support brand signals Japan’s first major foray into padel.
Partnership deepens Zamst’s move into European padel with the Madrid academy that trains players from more than 120 countries.
MADRID, November 3, 2026 – ZAMST, the sports braces brand developed by Japanese orthopaedic company Nippon Sigmax Co., Ltd., has been named Official Bracing Partner of M3 Padel Academy, one of the world’s leading padel training academies.
Under the agreement, M3 academy players and physiotherapists will have access to ZAMST's range of sports braces, including ankles, knees, elbows and wrists, as well as other conditioning products. These products will support athletes in their daily training, conditioning and recovery routines, helping to foster a high-performance training environment across the academy.
The partnership signals Japan’s first major foray into padel, a sport widely considered the fastest-growing worldwide with 19.4 million players, accordingly to Playtomic’s Global Padel Report 2026.
“At ZAMST, our mission is to help athletes perform at their best by providing trusted support and protection where it matters most. M3 Padel Academy stands out not only for developing elite players, but also for its commitment to athlete development and long-term physical well-being. Through this partnership, we look forward to learning from one of the world's most respected padel environments while contributing our expertise in sports medicine and athlete support. Together, we aim to help players train, compete and recover with greater confidence throughout their sporting journey, said Hidetoshi Ikemori, Marketing Manager from ZAMST.
Why padel
Padel’s mix of repeated accelerations, sudden stops, changes of direction, jumps and overhead shots puts heavy, repeated stress on the ankles, knees, elbows and wrists. For players training several hours a day, support and recovery are part of the job.

“Our players are on court for many hours a day, and many of them are juniors who are still developing physically. Looking after their bodies matters as much as anything we teach them technically. ZAMST brings more than 30 years of experience from the medical field, and we’re pleased to give our players access to that,” said David Morales, CEO of M3 Padel Academy.

ZAMST in European padel
ZAMST made its European padel debut at the Hexagon Cup in Madrid in February 2026. The M3 partnership is the next step, putting the brand in a high-performance padel environment day to day.
